The Wayne County District Courts are found throughout Wayne County, Michigan, and handle all misdemeanor crimes committed within Wayne County and its respective towns, municipalities, and cities. The Wayne County District Courts will also handle individual felony matters, but only the setting and taking bonds and overseeing the preliminary exam.
